FAQ

• For items that are "made to order", it can take up to 5 weeks for your item to ship. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation that it has shipped with tracking information.

• Currently we are only shipping domestically in the continental United States. If you place an order from outside this region you will not be able to checkout.

• If the item(s) you ordered arrives damaged, please contact me with proof of damage for a refund or replacement item withing 7 days of delivery.

• If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you can return that item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Please make sure to wrap them properly as ceramics are very fragile.

• The buyer (You) is responsible for all shipping costs for a return. Once a return is received and accepted you will be notified by email and your original payment method will be refunded.
